I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE ?
Often, when you order multiple items we utilize different distribution channels. As such, many times each item will will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you :)
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL...WHAT'S GOING ON?
Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.
WHAT’S YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?
If there is something wrong with your order ( wrong item, defective product, etc.), return it to us in it's original packaging within 15 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to issue a refund or replacement.
Please Note: Although many of our items ship direct from our USA warehouse in Nevada, certain "special order" items ship direct from the maker in China, arrive by China Post/USPS. Please allow for 4-6 weeks for replacement on special orders.
Exchanges are a little more difficult since we order close to exact quantities of what we need. We usually order a few extras, but they go fast. If you need an exchange, email us and we’ll see what we can do.
Please Note: Customer pays return shipping on exchanges. The USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back to us any way you like.

WHAT’S YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
All products will be processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for USA delivery. Please allow 3-4 weeks for special promotional items as they are often in high demand and we may need to order from our exclusive warehouses in China.
Cost of shipping varies depending on size, weight and quantity of order. Our standard shipping rate to USA is $4.95 and goes up from there based on aforementioned scenarios.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME WITH A WARRANTY?
It depends on the product but in general BROTHERHOOD OF MGTOW does not issue warranty on its products. It is best to work directly with the manufacturer instead.
HOW DO I INSTALL MY STICKER SKIN?
1. Clean the surface of your device with isopropyl alcohol. This ensures that there is no dust and oil, and will allow the adhesive to properly bond.
2. Be sure the skin is not cold before you begin. This will cause the skin to be brittle and hard to work with, and may even shrink the decal. If necessary, use a blow dryer on the lowest heat setting to warm it and make it more malleable, being careful not to overheat and warp the sticker.
3. Once the skin is applied, use a squeegee or flat item like a credit card to gently and smoothly press the skin onto the surface. Start in the middle of the shortest edge and run all the way down the center to the opposite edge. Continue pushing the skin onto the console in straight lines running parallel to the longest side of console. Work from the center out to avoid bubbles.
